Privacy Policy
[Nextidea Inc.] (hereinafter as the “Company”), that operates [Longsight], establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of its users in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protect Act of South Korea.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.
(1) Sign in management
Users are uniquely identified by their Google email address. The Company stores this manage the user preferences and data, and to confirm that they are a licensed user. No other Google profile information is collected.
(2) Provision of goods or services
Personal information may be processed for the purpose of providing content, making purchases and payments, sending goods or invoices, providing services, and providing customized services.
(3) Use in marketing and advertising
Personal information may be processed for the purpose of providing event and advertising information, providing participation opportunities, identifying access frequency and use of services statistics.
2. Collection of Personal Information
The Company collects the following personal information. At no time will the Company request or have access to your Google password.
(1) Email address
(2) First name, Last name
(3) Locale setting
(4) Document Information
① Spreadsheet ID: The unique Google Identifier of a spreadsheet in analysis
② Sheet name: The name of a specific sheet within a spreadsheet
3. Required Permissions
The Longsight Add-on requires the following permissions:
– See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app
– View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in
– Connect to an external service
– Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications
By default Google Add-ons provide the permissions to see user’s Google Account email address and any additional account information the user made publicly available even though not explicitly stated.
4. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the agreed retention and use period when collecting personal information from the user. If the purpose of processing personal information is achieved or if the user requests to terminate the service agreement, the Company will delete the personal information without delay. However, if it is necessary to retain the personal information in accordance with provisions of related laws and regulations, the Company will keep the user’s information for a certain period as set by the following related laws and regulations.
5. Deletion of Personal Information
The Company will delete personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary to retain the personal information, such as the end of the personal information retention period or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
(1) The Company entrusts the following third parties with personal information processing tasks to ensure the efficient operation of its services:
– Google Cloud Platform: System infrastructure and maintenance for Google Sheets Add-on services
– Hostinger: System infrastructure and maintenance for website hosting services
– Stykite: Payment processing and billing services
(2) In accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company includes in its outsourcing agreements specific clauses that: prohibit the processing of personal information beyond the scope of the delegated tasks; mandate the implementation of appropriate technical and administrative safeguards; restrict further outsourcing without prior consent; and define responsibilities such as oversight, supervision, and liability for damages. These measures are in place to ensure that consignees handle personal information securely.
(3) Any changes to the scope of outsourced tasks or to the designated service providers will be disclosed through updates to this Privacy Policy.
7. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not disclose user personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
8. Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives and Exercising Those Rights
(1) Users and their legal representatives may exercise their rights, such as requesting to view, correct, delete, or suspend personal information processing at any time.
(2) Rights of users and their legal representatives may be restricted in accordance with Article 35, Paragraph 5, and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea, and requests to correct and delete personal information may be rejected if the personal information specified is subject to collection by other laws.
9. Measures Taken to Protect Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to protect personal information.
(1) Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, operation of dedicated organizations, regular employee training
(2) Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of personal information, installation and update of security programs
10. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
The Company uses “cookies” to save and constantly retrieve usage information to provide users with individualized services. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to the user’s computer browser by the server and used to operate the website. Cookies are stored on the user’s computer hard disk.
(1) Purpose of Using Cookies
Cookies are used to provide users with optimized information by identifying visits and usage patterns, popular search terms, secure access, etc. for each service and website visited.
(2) Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies
Customers can refuse to save cookies by configuring options in [Tools>Internet options>Privacy] in their web browser’s settings. Refusal to save cookies may cause difficulties when using customized services.
11. Chief Privacy Officer
(1) The Company has designated the following person as the Chief Privacy Officer to take overall responsibility for the processing of personal information and to handle user complaints and damage relief related to the processing of personal information.

12. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy shall take effect on [June 9, 2025].
